Chamber to recognize Metz as Outstanding Citizen

Metz is Executive Chairman of Metz Culinary Management. The firm, which specializes in providing dining management solutions for healthcare, educational, and corporate accounts, was recently named a top 5 company to watch by Food Management magazine and #19 on their top 50 food service management companies.
