Chamber to recognize Metz as Outstanding Citizen

Metz is Executive Chairman of Metz Culinary Management. The firm, which specializes in providing dining management solutions for healthcare, educational, and corporate accounts, was recently named a top 5 company to watch by Food Management magazine and #19 on their top 50 food service management companies. Joining John in nationally recognized business excellence and in efforts designed to give back to and strengthen their community are his wife Mary; son Jeff Metz, President and CEO; daughter Maureen Metz, Vice President of Marketing; son John Metz, Jr., Co-Founder, CEO and Executive Chef of Sterling Spoon Culinary Management; and the entire Metz family. The Distinguished Citizen Award is sponsored by Luzerne Bank.
